A Gymark Accredited Club

The club was established in 1977, since the opening of the Sports Centre and trains children from 5 to 16 years of age.

The Allander is a privately run gymnastics club which operates on a sessional basis, within the Allander Sports Centre. The club aims to promote, foster and encourage the sport of gymnastics under the auspices of The Scottish Gymnastics Association.

The club has enjoyed success over the years with many boys and girls gaining membership to Scottish Squads, British Junior squads and in 1998 won the Scottish Women’s Artistic Championship.

The club ensures that all coaches are qualified, Disclosure Scotland/PVG checked and are up to date with their ‘Safeguarding and Protecting Children’ training.

We also have a low gymnast to coach ratio to enhance the quality of coaching.
